Fire Watch services in Ontario
Ontario is one of the biggest warehouse and logistics hubs in the Inland Empire, with distribution centers south of the I-10, offices along the Haven Avenue corridor, hotels near Ontario International Airport and a lot of new building in Ontario Ranch. Large warehouses with racked storage depend on their sprinkler systems, so when one is impaired, the Ontario Fire Department may require a fire watch until it is repaired. APS provides fire watch in Ontario with guards who can start fast and cover big buildings.
Our Ontario fire watch guards walk warehouses, offices and job sites on a fixed schedule, checking aisles, docks, battery charging areas, storage rooms and roofs where allowed. They keep the fire watch log, keep exits and fire lanes clear and call 911 if they find smoke or fire. GPS check-ins and time-stamped photos record every round, and the Daily Activity Report after each shift gives warehouse and facility managers proof for the fire department and their insurance.
