What you get with APS
When a fire alarm or sprinkler system is out of service, the fire marshal can require a fire watch until it is fixed. APS Security provides trained fire watch guards on short notice for construction sites, schools, warehouses, apartments, hotels and commercial buildings.
Our fire watch officers walk the building on a set schedule, look for fire hazards, keep a fire watch log and know how to alert the fire department and get people out. Hourly photo reports give you and the fire marshal a clear record.
