Fire Watch services in Riverside
Riverside has historic buildings around Downtown and the Mission Inn area, student housing near UCR, large apartment communities in Canyon Crest and La Sierra, and warehouses in the Hunter Business Park area. Older buildings often need alarm or sprinkler repairs, and new projects bring hot work and partially finished fire systems. When that happens, the Riverside Fire Department may require a fire watch. APS provides fire watch in Riverside with trained guards who keep a proper log and can usually start the same day.
Our Riverside fire watch guards walk every part of the property on the schedule you are given, including hallways, storage areas, loading docks and parking structures. They keep exits clear, know where extinguishers and pull stations are, and call 911 if they find smoke or fire. GPS check-ins and time-stamped photos prove each round was made, and a Daily Activity Report after every shift gives you records for the fire department and your insurance.
