What Corona properties need
Corona sits where the 91 and I-15 meet, so it has a large business base of manufacturing, distribution, contractors' yards and offices, along with master-planned neighborhoods in South Corona and Eagle Glen, many HOAs and apartment communities, and shopping centers like The Crossings and Dos Lagos. Common security issues include break-ins and catalytic converter theft in business and apartment parking lots, theft from contractors' yards and construction sites, trespassing at industrial buildings after hours, and pool and clubhouse misuse at HOAs. Downtown and older neighborhoods also see loitering and graffiti around businesses after closing.
APS provides Corona security services for both industrial and residential properties. We offer overnight guards and security patrol for industrial buildings and yards, gate control, HOA and apartment patrol, parking enforcement with a resident parking portal, construction site security and fire watch. Officers check in with GPS and send time-stamped photos at every post and patrol stop, and you receive a Daily Activity Report after every shift. Corona is an easy drive on the 91 from our Seal Beach office, and we already cover other sites in Riverside County. Bilingual English/Spanish officers are available.
